Unable to Add Recipient

If you're encountering difficulties adding a recipient to your ScopeX, please ensure the following:

  1. Recipient Bank Account Type

    Only NRO or savings accounts are supported for adding recipients. NRE accounts are not supported

  2. Recipient Bank Account Status

    Verify that the recipient's bank account is active and operational.

  3. Correct IFSC Code

    Ensure the IFSC code entered is correct. If the recipient's bank branch has recently undergone changes, such as relocation or merging, the IFSC code might have changed. Confirm with the recipient or their bank for the latest IFSC code.
