Creating a wallet is a mandatory step to complete verification. This ensures that all transactions are carried out securely. During wallet creation, a passkey is also set up, if you face any issues while setting it up, this article will help you resolve them.
Possible Reasons for the Issue

Error: "Passkeys are not supported on this device."
Some older devices do not support passkeys, which are required to set up a digital wallet on our app. Unfortunately, this limitation is beyond our control.
Solution: Use a compatible device to create your wallet.
How to Enable the Passkey
If you see the “Use a different device or USB security key” error, it means the passkey is not enabled on your current device.
Solution: Enable the passkey, and then try creating your wallet.
IOS Device (Iphone)
You might see an error message on iOS when the passkey is not enabled (please refer to the attached screenshot).
Steps to Enable Passkey on iOS
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap on General
Step 2: Tap on Autofill Passwords and Passkeys.
Step 3: Make sure the Passwords app is selected as the autofill provider.
Android Device
Error message on Android if the passkey is not enabled (please refer to the attached screenshot).
Steps to Enable Passkey on Android
Step 1: On your Android device, open the Settings app and search for "Autofill service".
Step 2: Select 'Autofill service' and ensure that Google is selected.
Step 3: Tap on 'Autofill with Google' (below Autofill service) and verify that the Gmail account listed under Google Account is the one you wish to use for saving passwords.
